UNLIMITED edits? Where's the catch?

WP-OK’s mission is to help those who take the web seriously with a better WordPress management service.

That’s why in subscription plans that include unlimited edits, we offer our customers all the support they need, at a fixed price!

We offer unlimited support with two conditions:

You can open one ticket at a time;
Each ticket is for one specific request.

What is included in the unlimited support? And what is NOT included?

Unlimited support includes changes to site content, WordPress troubleshooting, installation of new plugins, configuration, CSS changes.

It does not include custom code development, adding functionalities not provided by plugins, graphic work, or content creation.

Here are some examples:

EXAMPLE 1

Included: change the logo of your site with an image you provide;
Not included: create a new logo for your site.

EXAMPLE 2

Included: add a page to your site (with the content and images you provide).
Not included: develop a plugin that shows stock on a page.

EXAMPLE 3

Included: install and configure a plugin to add a new feature to your site.
Not included: modify a plugin to add a non-existing feature (we offer separate web development services for this).

EXAMPLE 4

Included: edit the “About Us” page with text you provide.
Not included: write or design the layout for your “About Us” page.

If you are in doubt, please submit your request and we will evaluate it.

How many edits are included in the Relax plan?

The Relax plan is designed for those who want to sleep without worries. It includes all maintenance and security services, but it does not include site modifications.

Any requests for edits will be quoted separately.

How long do edits take to complete?

The honest answer is that it depends on the change.

90% of requests are completed within 48 hours.

It works like this:

You submit a request from your Customer Area;
You immediately receive a message confirming receipt of the ticket;
Within a few hours one of our experts will respond to you indicating the next steps.

We have an average response time of 12 hours from Monday to Friday, but it usually takes much less.

For emergencies we offer emergency support.

Do you also offer custom development?

Yes, we offer custom development for requests not included in subscriptions. This service is reserved for subscribing customers whose sites we already manage.
